Our Fees:
The following fees are calculated on the total square footage under roof, including patios, porches, garages and carports. Detached structures, if included in the inspection and report, are also included in the total square footage.

Base Fees:
Single Family Home up to 1.500 square feet-$350
Single Family Home 1,501 – 2,000 square feet-$375
Single Family Home 2,001 – 2,500 square feet-$400
Single Family Home 2,501 – 3,000 square feet-$450
Single Family Home 3,001 – 4,000 square feet-$475
Single Family Home over 4,000 square feet-$0.125 per sq foot
Condominiums less than 1,000 square feet-$300
Condominiums 1,001 – 1,500 square feet-$325
Condominiums 1,501 – 2,000 square feet-$350
Condominiums 2.001 – 3,000 square feet-$375
Condominiums over 3,000 square feet-$0.125 per square foot Commercial or large multi-family properties call for quote

Additional Inspection Fees:
Multi-Family (each additional, depending on size)-$50 & up
Raised Foundation System-$25
Additional HVAC Unit (each additional unit over 2)-$25
Pool/Spa general inspection & inventory included in report-$25
Re-inspection with revised written report-$125 & up
Pre-closing walk through with verbal report only-$100
Foundation Level Survey - Relative Elevation Differential (only)-$150

Travel outside the Greater Metropolitan New Orleans Area
