Inspection Fee Schedule

The following fees are calculated on the total square footage under roof, including covered patios, porches, garages and carports. Detached structures, if included in the inspection and report, are also included in the total square footage.

Base Fees:

Single Family Home up to 2,000 square feet: $300
Single Family Home 2,001 - 3,000 square feet: $350
Single Family Home 3,001 - 4,000 square feet: $400
Single Family Home 4,001 - 5,000 square feet: $450
SFH over 5,000 square feet - $0.10 per square foot
Condominiums less than 1,000 square feet: $200
Condominiums 1,000 - 2,000 square feet: $250
Condominiums 2,000 - 3,000 square feet: $300
Condominiums over 3,000 square feet - $0.10 per sq ft
Commercial properties : call for quote

Additional Inspection Fees:

Multi-Family (each additional unit): $100
Raised Foundation System: $35
Additional HVAC Unit (each additional): $20
Re-inspection or pre-closing walk through: $100
Slab/Foundation Relative Elevation Level Differential (only): $150
(Relative Elevation Differential included in base fees)
Contract inspections or multiple properties - Call for quote
Travel outside Greater Metropolitan New Orleans - Call for quote
